Neck: Beautiful golden peice of Blackwood with Ebony fretboard and jumbo frets, 2-way adjustable trussrod. -All finished in hard gloss 2-pack clear.
Hardware: Gotoh gold tuners, Gotoh Tele style HB gold bridge and gold pearltop Tele knobs. A cool set of Dimarzio pickups - coil splittable Humbucker and Humbucking Single coil at the neck position.
Decoration: Paua pearl 'W' logo inlay and pearl finish scratchplate.
Built for Brett Douglas, countless hours were spent redrawing and refining the classic Tele body shape so it is now elegant and well proportioned (unlike Leo's original which does look a bit clunky in comaprison).
This is like a 'smoother' Tele to play, but it also has a fantastic range of tones thanks to the Dimarzios. |
